Tuesday, March 9th, 20101.附近治安如何?
由於民宿都位於巴黎三區(巴黎共有20區),一般來說越外圍或越往北邊的治安會比較 差一些,三區的治安良好,晚上走在路上也不太需要擔心,是否會被搶或被跟蹤,不過出 門在外,凡事多小心多注意,總為上策.
2.附近的交通便利性為何?
走路到地鐵站約一分鐘, 附近有計程車招呼站,也有巴黎的公車,還有巴黎的出租腳踏 車,走路到景點如龐畢度中心,市政廳都很近約五至十分鐘
3.是否能有折扣?
沒有,不過我是歐洲領隊,目前我們提供旅遊資訊,購買地鐵票,博物館門票,秀場訂票,代 購精品等服務
4.附近有超市嗎?
附近的西式超市走路約一分鐘能抵達,附近有FRANPRIX,MONOP’, SHOPI,NATURALIA,而中國的超市就在對面,可以購買醬油,香油等中式的調味品
5.房間是否安靜?
由於大樓位於步行街上,所以安靜度比一般的街道高,除了超市早上送貨 時,ETUDIANT STUDIO開窗時會聽到推車的聲音,一般都是很安靜的
6.房間是否能抽菸?
可以,但抽菸的時候,請開窗戶,因為房間對流很好,所以房間裡不會有煙味
7.請問你跟客人同住嗎?
沒有,不過路易住在即將完工的新民宿裡,新民宿的衛浴及廚房都是獨立空間,預計 2010年六月開放,距離RUE AU MAIRE約走路一分鐘的距離
8.大樓裡是否有電梯?
由於該建築物已經有三百年的歷史了,所以沒有電梯,不過房間都在法國的三樓(台灣的 四樓),所以運動一下就到家了
9.是否提供毛巾, 沐浴乳, 衛生紙?
房間裡每人提供一條毛巾,浴室裡有沐浴乳及洗髮精(不過若您有自己慣用的品牌,請自 行攜帶),衛生紙原則上一個星期會提供兩捲到三捲(由於衛生紙是提供衛生使用,所以 若您需要大量的衛生紙的話,須自行至超商購買)
10.是否提供拖鞋,牙膏及牙刷
由於拖鞋,牙膏及牙刷屬於個人用品,所以我們沒有提供,敬請見諒
11.房間的熱水夠嗎?
Etudiant Studio的熱水存量約75公升,足夠兩個女生洗頭及洗澡,Marais Studio的熱水存量有150公升,足夠四個人洗澡使用,建議客人在洗完澡之後,才開始 清洗碗盤,熱水若不足時,熱水器會自動加溫,不過必須等待一個多小時後,才會有熱水 可供使用
12.是否有吹風機?
有(不過嚴禁拿吹風機來吹乾衣物)
13.是否提供轉換插頭?
有,我們有提供兩個到三個的轉接插頭,四月份起會有整套的轉接頭,提供客人使用
14.床單,被單是否清潔?
每個客人退房後,我們會重新清洗,所有的寢具用品都有高溫消毒過
15.是否有電鍋可以使用嗎?
有,不過使用電器時,請避免同一個插頭有太多的電器同時使用
16.是否撥打台灣電話真的免費?
撥打台灣的市內電話,是免費的,撥打的方式如下:如撥打台北則打00 886 2 + 電話號 碼八碼, 如撥打高雄則為 00 886 7 + 電話號碼,但撥打台灣,法國或其他國家的手機 是必須付費的
17.廚房裡是否有餐具?
每間套房的廚房裡備有鍋子,盤子,杯子及刀叉但是沒有筷子
18.廚房裡是否有調味料?
我們沒有另外提供調味料,但廚房有一些是前房客留下來的,您可以使用或自己購買所需要的調味料
19.垃圾要如何處理?
垃圾的收集地在樓下一樓,請自行將垃圾收集放置於收集的地區,如果垃圾未清理,我們將會從押金內扣除十歐元
20.是否有提供早餐?
由於我們沒有跟客人同住,附近也有麵包店及超市,房間內有廚房,所以我們沒有另外提供早餐的服務
21.行李是否能先置放?
一般來說,我們的退房時間是中午12點,入住的時間為下午三點,不過通常客人若是早到的話,行李是可以暫時放在路易的家,或是有客人提早退房,則行李可以先放置
22.有沒有接送機的服務?
由於機場接送的費用比較高,我們建議客人直接搭乘計程車或是RER(法國巴黎的通勤電車)約一個小時則可以抵達住宿的地方
23.是否需要攜帶相片?
如果您需要購買NAVIGO(一周的地鐵票)則是必須要有照片的,一般來說出國在外最好是攜帶相片,已備不時之需
24.出售的蒼蠅船票是否有期限或時間的限制?
我們有出售蒼蠅船票,每張七毆(現場購買為十歐),沒有期限或時間的限制,不過我們建議在整點的晚上搭船,因為這樣您可以在船上欣賞到艾菲爾鐵塔的整點的燈光效果,別有一番風味
25.如何買地鐵票比較便宜?
巴黎的地鐵票,有一日票(5.9歐),十張票(11.6歐)及週票(17.5歐,但只從星期一起算到星期天,第一次購買需多付5歐購買卡片),如果您一天當中需要搭乘五次以上,則購買一日票比較划算,週票適合一個星期使用,不過周票只賣到當周的星期三為止
26.為何押金如此的高?
我們使用的鑰匙為法國最新的磁卡鑰匙,由於此鑰匙的成本很高約150歐(鑰匙35歐,手續費15歐,工人設定費約100歐),每個房間我們給客人兩把鑰匙,另外,我們提供客人電話,客人可以自由的波打電話,為了避免有額外產生費用,所以我們的押金比其他民宿高
27.押金可以用其他的貨幣嗎?
押金只是以備不時之需,所以我們接受市面上流通的貨幣
28.付款方式是否能全部用信用卡?
使用信用卡的手續費須外加三趴,所以如果客人一定要刷卡的話,這個費用是由客人自行承擔
29.房間有沒有冷氣?
由於巴黎的夏天天氣約25度,(有時候會到30度,不過約一兩個星期左右),我們每個房間皆有提供電風扇給客人
30.冬天的暖氣機會熱嗎?
由於建築物本身是三百多年的建築,這類的建築隔絕效果做得很好,所以冬暖夏涼,暖氣不用開很久,房間本身則會很溫暖
31.有沒有推薦的餐廳?
附近的馬黑區有許多不錯的餐廳,二區的地方也有很多價錢合理且道地的法國美食,都是您不錯的選擇
32.有沒有推薦的景點?
巴黎其實到處是景點,不過有幾個比較奇特的景點推薦給客人,魔鬼地道,下水道博物館及墓園都是不錯的巴黎景點

關於吃的,由於是步行街,這裡有許多中國餐廳及越式餐廳,口味不錯且便宜(麥當勞一個套餐約 7歐, 但這裡的便當才約 6歐, 三明治要 3-4歐, 這裡的肉包才約 0.8歐),附近有許多超市, 麵包店,
關於行的 地鐵站走路 1分鐘(Arts et Metiers), 計程車招呼站 1分鐘
關於夜生活 附近許多酒吧, 咖啡館, Disco
關於景點方面 走路就可以到許多景點了 瑪黑區約 5-10分鐘, 龐畢度中心 Centre Pompidou 5分鐘, 歌劇院 Opera 20-25分鐘, 共和國廣場 Republic 5-10分鐘, 聖母院 Notre dame de paris 20分鐘, 中央市場 Les Halles 5-10分鐘, 巴黎市政廳 Hotel de ville10-15分鐘, 塞納河畔 10-15 分鐘, 拉丁區 Quartier latin 20-25分鐘, 浮日廣場 Place Vosges 20分鐘, 拉榭思神父墓園 Père Lachaise 20-25分鐘
關於其他 自助洗衣店 1分鐘, 郵局走路3分鐘, 市立圖書館走路3分鐘, 及許多商家
關於巴黎地鐵
Friday, August 28th, 2009巴黎的地鐵十分方便 幾乎走路三至五分鐘即可抵達下一個地鐵站
對於觀光客來說莫過於如何購買巴黎的地鐵票
一般對觀光客來說買CARNET是最方便的
CARNET為十張地鐵票 價格為11.6歐(購買單張地鐵票必須1.6歐)
一張只供一次搭乘(包含轉車) 出站後即無效
另一種的為NAVIGO 就像台北捷運的悠遊卡
辦理此卡需要一張照片及繳納卡費5歐 (卡片不能退還 不過下次來巴黎還可以繼續用)
每周加值需要17.2歐(只從周一算到周日 如果有跨週必須另外加值)
對於觀光客而言 如果要去的景點都在小巴黎 且一天需要搭乘四次以上
則購買NAVIGO會比較划算
若搭乘次數不到四次則購買CARNET比較划算
另外有一日票 二日票 三日票 及五日票
使用範圍為巴黎的1-3圈(12歲以上)價格分別為 8,80歐 14,40歐 19,60歐 28,30歐
使用範圍為巴黎 1-6圈 (12歲以上)價格分別為 18,50歐 28,30歐 39,70歐 48,40歐
原則上 這個票價是比較適合住在郊區的觀光客使用
如果遊玩巴黎的景點及住宿都在一至二圈 原則上使用CARNET或是NAVIGO會比較划算

about the Etudiant studio
Thursday, August 27th, 2009Etudiant studio is located in the rue au maire which is a padestrin street and right next to Marais studio which is also on the fourth floor (in paris is third floor) but facing to the padestrin street and it’s very bright. it’s only 1 to 2 minute walk to supermarket (shopi, franprix, monop’, naturalia) bank or pharmacy.
Inside the studio, there are 1 double bed, small refrigerator, Telephone(calling mobile will be addtional charge but calling to europe, amercia, taiwan, china fixed line will be free of charge), radio, fan, kettle, heater, wifi.

Etudiant的設備簡單 但麻雀雖小 五臟俱全 房內的設備有小廚房 電冰箱 電鍋 獨立衛浴 WIFI 一張雙人床 一張餐桌 兩張椅子 一個置衣櫃 電話(撥打行動電話需額外付費) 收音機

The rate of Marais studio is
single person or two people: 78 Euro per night or 500 Euro per week.
additional person is 10 euros per night per person.
The rate of Etudiant studio is
single person: 48 euros per night and 300 euros per week.
two people: 58 Euro per night or 350 Euro per week.
Upon booking, you should pay a reservation deposit of 25% of the total rent. When you check in, you pay the balance of 75%. If you cancel the booking within 1 month, we can only return 50% of the reservation fee. If you cancel the booking within 1 week, we will be unable to refund any of the reservation fee.

our renting studios
Monday, August 17th, 2009Right now we have 2 studios for rent in center of paris. They are all located in third discrict of paris city (75003). One is called Marais which is 32 square meters and the other one is called Etudiant which is 20 square meters.
All the studios that we rent is all located in 1 minute walking distance to metro station. arts et metiers metro station.
Due to studios are located in heart of paris. It’s very close to walk to many seightseeing spots, such as 5 minutes walk to Pompidou center, 10 minutes to Paris city hall, 5 minutes walk to Marais area to have a drink, 20 minutes walk to Opera.
By comparing to hotel price, our studios can provide even more profits to the tenants such as free local call and free wifi and all with a kitchen that you can cook something for yourself even in the late of the night.
The sercurity of paris third discrict, 75003, is very safe. It’s very convenient for the tourists. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the studios. Bars and discos are also nearby.
All the studios that you rent, you don’t need to share with any body. We consider our clients’s privacy and we will try to provide the best for our clients.

about the Marais studio
Monday, August 17th, 2009Marais studio is located in the Rue Au Maire which is a pedestrian area. There is not much noise from outside. The building is more than 300 years old and built in a traditional Marias wooden bar construction. The kitchen and bathroom are newly decorated. You will enjoy staying in such old building and still benefit from the modern kitchen and bathroom.
The studio is on the fourth floor (in Paris third floor) facing the court yard and it’s very bright and quiet.
Inside the studio, there are 2 sofa beds which can accommodate up to 4 people, a 32 inch flat TV(pay TV will be an additional charge), Telephone(calling mobile will be an additional charge but calling to Europe, America, Taiwan and China fixed line will be free of charge), washing machine, dryer machine, iron, hair dryer, Italian coffee machine, fan, kettle, heater, WI FI.

We are official registered company for renting service apartment in paris.
Mr. Tafeng Louis Liu is in charge of the renting business.
All the studios that we rent are all located in center of paris amd all included insurances of the house and also applied to the tenants.
We can also apply the accommodation prof for people who want to apply visa.
Our aim is providing the nice and comfortable studios for the tourists in paris by decent price and the tourists don’t need to spend much time in transportation come and go back to hotel.
