La Maison de l'Amitié NBTF

Marais studio is located in the Rue Au Maire which is a pedestrian area. There is not much noise from outside. The building is more than 300 years old and built in a traditional Marias wooden bar construction. The kitchen and bathroom are newly decorated. You will enjoy staying in such old building and still benefit from the modern kitchen and bathroom.

The studio is on the fourth floor (in Paris third floor) facing the court yard and it’s very bright and quiet.

Inside the studio, there are 2 sofa beds which can accommodate up to 4 people, a 32 inch flat TV(pay TV will be an additional charge), Telephone(calling mobile will be an additional charge but calling to Europe, America, Taiwan and China fixed line will be free of charge), washing machine, dryer machine, iron, hair dryer, Italian coffee machine, fan, kettle, heater, WI FI.

Rate (please understand there is no discount)
up to 1 to 2 people: 78 euros per night and 500 per week.
additional person is 10 euros per person per night and up to 4.
